The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of California.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We employ the use of cookies. By using Dufour Design’s website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Dufour Design’s privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit.

Ratings

Ratings are required for Final Package Deliveries; e.g. Final Mood Board and 3D Renderings. Unrated Final Packages will be considered complete after 7 days of delivery to the client. If unrated after 7 days, our team will assess the board and assign a Final Rating based on board quality. The project is then considered complete.

Revisions

Design Packages include (1) Large Revision or (2) Small Revisions. Additional Revisions are available for purchase. Additional Revisions are not a requirement of the Design Packages and are not in the typical Scope of Work for designers. They are provided on a case-by-case basis and at the designer’s discretion. 

Scope of Work

Our Design Process is outlined and re-iterated on our website, dufour-design.com, and by our designers guiding our clients during the process. This is considered a “reasonable Scope of Work” and what our designers have agreed to provide to our clients. Any expectations beyond our Scope of Work is at our designer’s discretion. 

Completion of Work

The Design Process is considered completed when the Final Package has been rated. Other considerations will be made when these conditions are not met. If a client has not responded to their designer and there has not been communication for 2 weeks time, the Design Process is considered complete.
