Merchandise Returns and Damages
Dufour Design is released from all liability regarding merchandise returns and damages. In the case of a damage claim, we will work with the third-party vendor to correct the issue and/or replacement as soon as possible. In the event of a merchandise return, Dufour Design will work with the third-party vendor to issue a return or replacement.

Damage and Return Policies are contingent on our third-party vendors and what they specifically state in their return policy. Dufour Design will need notice within 5 calendar days of receiving items for a damage claim and 14 calendar days for a return.

Design Service Refund
Dufour Design offers a window of time to receive a refund. If you wish to receive a refund on a Design Service Package you must do so before receiving your Mood Boards. Due to the nature of the Design Service, these Mood Boards are considered proprietary Digital Goods and once delivered, cannot be undone. Use the Contact Us form at the bottom of our website to request a refund before receiving your Mood Boards.

Custom Order Policy
Our vendors take great pride in building your order exactly to your specifications and their process starts as soon as an order is placed. For this reason, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded at any time.

Price Match
We price match our retail vendors pricing to bring you the best pricing available. We periodically check our pricing compared to our vendor’s price to ensure they are up to date.
