Our Design Process Explained
Below is what you can expect in terms of service and delivery times for our packages. This is a general guideline as every project will vary. Your designer will guide you through the process and let you know the next steps and when to expect the next phase of your project. To start your project you will complete your Style Quizzes and submit your Project Details. You will then receive a Welcome Email from your designer

The following outlines our Design Process.
4. Initial Meeting
The Initial Meeting will be via Zoom. The meeting will go over expectations, project specs, and guidelines on the scheduled day. You will go over initial ideas and inspiration.
5. Initial Mood Board Delivery
Mood Board Delivery is due 3 business days after the Initial Meeting. The Initial Mood Board Delivery will include 2 Mood Boards that are similar in style. The Initial Floor Plan will accompany the boar
6. Revision Process
When requesting revisions you have 1 of 3 options available.
A. Set up a 30-minute meeting via Zoom or phone call.
B. Go over the changes on Messenger.
C. Send over notes through our Revision Notes form.
Revision Delivery
For a Large Revision, it is due 3 business days after the Revision Meeting or contact with your designer. Board delivery is 2 days for Small Revisions.
There are revisions included in the package. Revisions include (1) Large Revision or (2) Small Revisions. A Large Revision consists of replacing up to 6 furniture pieces, a Small Revision consists of replacing up to 3 furniture pieces. Clients can purchase an additional Revision Package which includes 1 Large Revision, or 2 Small Revisions.
7. Final Mood Board Delivery
The Final Mood Board will be delivered in 2 business days for a Small Revision and 3 days for a Large Revision. Once the board is approved and rated, you will set up a 30-minute Meeting to go over Furniture Selection.
Be sure to rate your Final Mood Board.
8. Furniture Selection Meeting
Before the Furniture Selection Meeting, your designer will update any pricing and stock status. The Furniture Selection Meeting happens after the Final Mood Board is delivered to go over pricing, shipping, and ETA on lead times. Once this is finalized this would complete the Mood Board Package service.
Mood Board Design Package Conclusion
Your designer will remain available for an additional 30 days of post-design support. Please note pieces may go out of stock within 60 days.
9. 3D Render Delivery
The 3D Rendering Package has additional processes that generally takes between 7-10 business days. Your designer will be working with our 3D Team and there will be 3D Models that need to be created. Your designer will be in touch through the process with status updates. The Final Floor Plan will accompany the 3D renders.
3D Rendering Design Package Conclusion
Your designer will remain available for an additional 30 days of post-design support. Please note pieces may go out of stock within 60 days.
